If you don't, this is me telling you now that I felt concerned after the observation was over. Now, I finally have the notes from that observation, and I wanted to share and reflect on them today.

It's back-to-school time, and it has me reflecting on my first year as an educator. Specifically, on what I wore my first day of teaching.

Since I'm graduating, this is a good time to revisit the teaching philosophy I wrote a year ago to see how it has changed and to reflect.
